Smile..but why..??

           Smile is the word which itself brings the smile on one’s face and make that face more beautiful than without it. Many times people ask me why do I keep smiling always and I keep telling them that I have tickle in my brain which keep my lips stretch upwards all the times..!!  J

        
           But now I am disclosing it so that more people should understand the power of it. Almost 4 years ago, I met one amazing personality in Personality Development workshop. His name is Col. Ravindra Joshi. When I listened to this name first time with designation attached to it I felt like I am going to come across somebody who is having very huge moustache, heavily disciplined, very strict and perfect Army man. Soon, I realized that although I was right about his big moustache, but completely mistaken about him from what he is..!! He was the person I found always smiling and cheering people around him. One day while talking to him, he gave this invaluable feature cum advice to me saying if you want to win in life then learn to smile in all conditions and seasons. J

          
             Since then, I am trying hard to smile every single day, every single minute, every single second and trust me it worked like anything for me and now after 4 years made me understand that how stunning and precisely  accurate he was!! J

          
              I strongly believe that Smile is solution cum medicine on every single problem. Many times, somebody comes and try to dominate or insult you, all you need is just one good smile and all will get return to that person in much worsen manner than he gave it to you. J

              I smile always when I am happy, sad, winning, losing, helping or taking help all the times. When I am happy and winning, it’s but obvious that I smile. But when I am losing I smile to say that’s fine I can take on this next time, bring it on..!! J

When somebody comes in my way and tries to bother me, again I just smile and say to myself I can adjust, do whatever hell you want to do I care damn..!! J

When people come and praise me unnecessarily, then also I smile to say myself that don’t fall to lofty praise..!! J

When I meet strangers, then too I smile to think that can we be good friends..!! J

When I feel pressure of expectations and tension of failure then also I smile to say don’t worry I will try as hard as possible and will see..!! J

When I come across to my competitors in race then also I smile to say yes I will try to compete..!! J

When I am nervous then also I smile to say myself what a childish way you take things..!! J

When I fail to live up to the expectations, then too I smile to say never mind I can give another try..and if in some case if I cannot then also I smile to say I have learned from it..!! J

When my close ones come and give me explanations, then I just smile to convey message that I truly understand them and can adjust them..!! J

When I am big pain then also I smile so that it should not spoil some one’s smile..!! J

When I do some stupidity or mess things due to some silly mistakes, then also I smile to say I accept it that I am big stupid..! J

When I come across negatives then I smile more to say this is the way I am going to be make everything positive..!! J

On Most of the occasions, I had experienced that smile gives far better successful impression than one’s personality, appearances or anything else. May be because, you see smile first than anything else.

It’s like as Smile speaks louder than words..!! J

So, keep smiling always because god has given us this feature just simply free so let’s use it to its most..!! J

And always remember that because of your smile, you make life more and more beautiful.J

 Smiling is infectious,
it can catch like the flu.
you smile at somebody today

Debate: Does the world need nuclear energy?

Please visit the attached video. While surfing I come across really very interesting debate video from Mark Jacobson and Stewart Brand on TED. Trust me really worth watching it.

         I always love renewable energy rather than nuclear energy but this video has shown me few amazing statistics about energy and the immense need of it and really made me rethink choosing right option. Now I am more confuse and  not sure what should be the answer of this question.

         I would still prefer to be on renewable energy side but I know for that the whole planet should come under one umbrella of renewable energy and will probably take another next 10-15 years and that's now make it impossible to happen but at the other side I feel like if we can make this happen in real I am sure our future will be much secure than its now. That's why I feel like believing in "I m possible rather than Impossible", although I truly understand that it will be miracle from heaven if happens in real.

         On the other hand, we have nuclear energy which has great power if its been use for good causes but as everyone know science always have been like two sides of coin (Good and Bad) and I am afraid human being has habit of using it for bad rather than good.

         I think maybe this debate will keep on going for ages but as a student would love to know all of your votes on this. I feel its really important for all of us to make this decision as early as possible as its going to decide our Planet's future. Really appreciate and welcome your views and opinions on this.

Boudicca's Feast - East Anglian Food and Drink Fair

    

      Boudicca - a queen of a Celtic tribe who fought against the Romans (AD 60 or 61) 

          I, as MBA student of University of East Anglia is organizing event named as Boudicca’s Feast as part of curriculum with team of 13. Factually speaking, it’s always been pleasure working with charity event but this time it was different and special in a way as I came across many different confronts like highly diversified team (in terms culture, gender and age wise), different set of customers(UK market and their expectation), different area which is not my core interest (Cooking & Drinking affair).

          

          I must confess that the whole process throughout project was joyful emphatic ride of roller coaster. I as a part of team came across really such kind of ups and downs where at some time I felt like there is no point putting efforts as it’s all in vain but there was also time where I felt that I can do far better than this.

          

          Honestly, I was amazed by the way proposal was written but somehow I was not able to imagine the event. Initially, Idea was more about celebrating food and drink festival by asking restaurant and food bazaar people to donate their goods for charity and then people will come at that event will have variety of food for taste and the whole lot of ticket money will go to dragon hall charity trust. Once we started working on it slowly and steadily we realized that we really need to offer something good for participant to come along with us as charity of maintaining historical building does not attract participants and sponsors much. Later, after doing little more market research we as a team realized that we might need to slightly modify the proposal to pull participants and sponsors for our event.

        

          And as I always believe better change soon rather than worry later when it is too late to change, that’s exactly our team did and we got huge success for our change. Then, we got almost more than 18 Food vendor/restaurant Participants and 7 Drinks Participants. Now, Project was more tangible and clear and became pretty comfortable to work along. During the process we all had fantastic fun, Leg pulling, and at times some touchy moments as well. All these memorable moments throughout our journey has really made this event special for me and proud to be a part of this team.

          

          We also did one fund raising activity as Bake-Sale during our process for an event and we managed to sell 110 small cupcakes and 80 cookies (worth £165/-) within an hour. I can’t tell you how joyful fun and wonderful experience it was of selling cakes in the University..!!

     

           Everyone from my team has worked so hard on this project. Each one of us really believes that we have planted seed and every day we are watering and pampering it with such a care and kind heart so that on that D- day it will come good and will  turn out into the big tree for charity under which we all will feel like paid off.

           

            This event is held on 4^th July, 2010 on the Independence Day of America and tickets worth £5 are available on website to buy for memorable time which supports charity motive with pleasant time in historical building.

Tsunami of Credit Crunch gulp down Lehman Brothers & The structure of confidence collapsed completely..

On September 15, 2008 Lehman Brothers filed for bankruptcy, something that nearly caused a meltdown of the world’s financial system. A few days later Bernanke made his famous statement that “we may not have an economy on Monday.” This report includes the situation Lehman Brothers before and after the bankruptcy and how exactly this event triggered the huge financial panic all across the globe termed as credit crunch. It was a nonlinear and sudden catastrophic event for the global economic system, unprecedented in scale in human history.

I analysed two major aspects, which pulled the worst possible recession of the century. First one is Hidden losses and the second one is that confidence plays key role in finance. Confidence can be conceptualized as a belief that action can be based on proxy signs, rather than on direct information about the economic situation itself.

I have also studied how exactly Lehman went bankrupt, and how this worry transformed into a total disbelief in existing proxy signs - a loss of confidence as well as a withdrawal of confidence in this report. This report includes the series of action happened or taken before and after Lehman Brother went bankrupt. Although the debate of those actions will continue on and only time will be able to answer what could have been right or wrong about it..!!
